Sessions

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC (at the JCC)
Tuesday & Thursday evenings from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m.
For beginners, intermediates and advanced 12 and older.

This Korean style of karate is an excellent conditioning and self-defense sport appropriate for both male and female participation.

Sessions are 3 months at a time begining in January.

With the exeption of basketball season, we usually have the entire full sized gym at our disposal.

We'll keep you as informed as possible of any changes.
